Booking, cancellation and privacy

Payment
Payment is taken online through Pesapal, a licensed payment provider, under its own PCI-DSS certification. Card details are never stored on this website. Funds settle directly to Colterra Hotels and Tents Ltd.
Park fees
Tanzania National Parks charges a conservation fee per person for every 24 hours inside Saadani National Park. This fee is not included in your rate, is not collected by Cterra, and is payable at the park gate on arrival.
Cancellation

Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the Tanzania Personal Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We collect only what is needed to take and honour your booking.
