Snorkelling and the sandbank

At low tide a bank of white sand rises out of the sea a few kilometres off the beach. There is nothing on it. That is the point.

We take you out by boat with snorkelling gear and lunch, and you have it to yourselves for a few hours. The water around it is clear and shallow, with reef close enough to swim to.

Timing depends entirely on the tide, so we plan it the day before rather than the week before.

Experiences are booked with the camp. Where they are configured in our reservation system you can add them while booking; otherwise tell us and we will arrange it. The park conservation fee applies to any activity inside the park and is paid at the gate.
